Took a couple of days for my cats to adjust -- they've never had a fountain before! -- but once they did, they love it. It runs quiet, the water tank is large so I love not having to fill it up often, and the battery is long-lasting too. Keeps water clean and cool in summer.
I had an initial issue with a faulty pump, but reached out to Cat Water Fountains and they replaced it for me without hassle and I've had no futher problems!
The fountain is well made. Unfortunately my cat hasn’t used it. I have it on sensor mode. My cat is scared of it. So I’ve wasted my money on an expensive product.

The whale fountain is so easy to clean, fill and run, and it is the best thing we have found that the cat likes to drink from. Adjustable height of water flow, and now the option of a replacement motor. We are very happy with it.

Cats like it. Plug in to power which is much easier than recharging. Bought the sensor also, so it's not running all the time.
I purchased the 2L Flower Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain on the 13th November 2025 (Order#2625), and I have heard NO update whatsoever? very very poor customer support, so annoyed! I'm starting to believe this is all a SCAM? where the heck is my WATER FOUNTAIN?

The product itself is great, all the cats have taken to it, even the 19 year old Burmese!
However, when it arrived, the flimsy box in the satchel had not provided adequate protection and the small cable surround at the back of the 'lid' had signs of impact stress. Fortunately, this was the only damage and of a minimal nature.

Order was filled promptly but more importantly we discovered that the fountain has a brilliant filter which continually supplies the two cats with pure water. Hesitant at first but now both of them are lining up at the bar (Fountain that is)!!!

Love the cat water fountain, my maltese also uses it. Lovely fresh running water and the battery lasts.
This thing is plastic inside a stainless shell, everything that the water touches is plastic, except for the very top pan. Cats won’t use it which is annoying because their old one broke.
Scoop and it goes in the bag and stays there while you scoop again, then tie the bag off when you are done.
A very helpful device. Highly recommend.

Cats took a week to get used to it. Charge lasts well over a month. Put a bit of electricians tape over part of the sensor as were setting it off when walking past it.
I emailed to ask about why it was never delivered and had no response.

Its a cool product, I have yet to see my cat use it as she is very skittish and timid and very wary of new things. Very convenient to be able to set up and forget and not have to change the water every day.
These protect my pump - they catch lots of cat fur
These filters surely do filter - when I change them they're always covered in cat fur
It's almost a total set & forget - it lasts ages before it needs refilling and is always clean and sparkling.
We bought the water fountain for our cat honey.
The quality is great and it's also relatively quiet. We've had it running for around 6 weeks now and it works well.
Honey is a stealth drinker, so whether she loves it, We don't really know, but we are very happy to know she has access to fresh running water.
