Love this product however everytime I go to charge it it won’t start charging straight away. It’s sits there with a solid green light straight away for a few hours sometimes days until it will start flashing and actually charging. Now this time it’s been three days and it’s still solid but not charging as it goes red as soon as I unplug it
Or cats took a while to get used to the fountain but now that they are drinking from it everything is fine. I am happy that they have fresh flirted water on hand. Already had to refill it as they were drinking so much
Both our cats and dogs use the fountain. The water stays clean, the sensor works really well, its a deep bowl so only requires refilling every few days and its quiet.
All three cats love this and also like to play with the water >)
Serves the cats and dogs in the house perfectly. I have placed a piece of absorbent material underneath as it was vibrating a bit on my tiles and now it is perfectly silent. Love the water level gauge, I spent much more on a larger style from another company for the outside dogs and there is no water level. Very easy to use and clean.
Took a couple of days for my cats to adjust -- they've never had a fountain before! -- but once they did, they love it. It runs quiet, the water tank is large so I love not having to fill it up often, and the battery is long-lasting too. Keeps water clean and cool in summer.
I had an initial issue with a faulty pump, but reached out to Cat Water Fountains and they replaced it for me without hassle and I've had no futher problems!
The fountain is well made. Unfortunately my cat hasn’t used it. I have it on sensor mode. My cat is scared of it. So I’ve wasted my money on an expensive product.

The whale fountain is so easy to clean, fill and run, and it is the best thing we have found that the cat likes to drink from. Adjustable height of water flow, and now the option of a replacement motor. We are very happy with it.

Cats like it. Plug in to power which is much easier than recharging. Bought the sensor also, so it's not running all the time.
I purchased the 2L Flower Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain on the 13th November 2025 (Order#2625), and I have heard NO update whatsoever? very very poor customer support, so annoyed! I'm starting to believe this is all a SCAM? where the heck is my WATER FOUNTAIN?

The product itself is great, all the cats have taken to it, even the 19 year old Burmese!
However, when it arrived, the flimsy box in the satchel had not provided adequate protection and the small cable surround at the back of the 'lid' had signs of impact stress. Fortunately, this was the only damage and of a minimal nature.

Order was filled promptly but more importantly we discovered that the fountain has a brilliant filter which continually supplies the two cats with pure water. Hesitant at first but now both of them are lining up at the bar (Fountain that is)!!!
